hi class masterpieces

There might be moments

~seasons, even~ 

when you feel a bit lost.

The shuffle of life can 

get overwhelming sometimes. 

Days get to passing 

too quickly,

things get too hectic. 

It's easy to forget 

who you are.

It's easy to think 

you've been forgotten.

I took the above picture in

one of my favorite places. 

The signs themselves

caught my eye.

They are worn and tattered

and broken-down.

But, when I looked closer,

in the midst of all

the stuff,

there it was:

"HI CLASS MASTERPIECES".

My friend,

in the midst 

of all of your stuff,

God declares you to be the same.

He calls you 

His masterpiece.

He hasn't forgotten you.

What artist could forget

his work of art?

Today? 

In the hustle and bustle,

in the immediate and the necessary,

in the middle of everything,

remember who you are. 

His masterpiece.
